It's like building a beautiful sand castle only to be washed out in a second of a single wave? If you feel like eating all the junk food that you've been craving during dieting to the point till you get sick over and over again, remember one thing. There will be no shortage of junk food in the world any time soon. Your favorite chocolate will be there tomorrow and the day after...and the day after. It's up to you what approach you take.
