LOVE WHAT YOU HATE

You got to learn to love the exercises you hate.

Generally the reason why you hate performing certain exercises is that they are too demanding and require too much effort. However, we all know that EFFORT BRINGS RESULTS. Your body is a smart mechanism. It only wants to perform the functions that are necessary for survival with as minimal effort as possible. It wants to stay in a comfortable zone. That's the zone where nothing changes including your physique. To see change you have to push beyond the comfort zone. The body has to change and adopt to the new level of stress. It has no choice.

Next time you don't feel like performing certain exercises because they are not your cup of tea think again. You may be robbing yourself of some good gains.
